Compensation: $19.50/hr. (2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential.)
Schedule: 9/80 schedule - 2nd shift

What You'll Do:
  • Perform service and repair tasks by following established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Set up workstations, gather required materials, and verify assignments before beginning work.
  • Inspect your own work for accuracy and complete required documentation, including basic computer data entry.
  • Learn new repair processes and work instructions as needed to support production goals.
  • Collaborate with team members, complete required training, and assist with additional projects as requested.

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, repair, or technical experience.
 
What Sets You Apart:
  • IPC soldering certification.
  • Must show proof of Hepatitis B shots or willing to get shots (company paid).
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
  • Ability to record data on documentation and in computer software.
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions from Supervisor.
  • Basic knowledge of windows based computer software.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
 
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a repeated basis.
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) / Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
  • Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
