We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the leadership team at our Shakopee location. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader who enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals, driving performance, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.


As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of the sales department by helping develop talent, supporting dealership operations, improving sales performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.


For over 55 years, PleasureLand RV Center has been helping families create memories and experience the outdoors. As a third-generation, family-owned company, we’re passionate about helping customers find the right RV for their adventures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales department.


Responsibilities Include:

· Lead and support the daily operations of the sales department

· Coach and motivate the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

· Assist with deal structure, customer follow-up, and sales performance

· Monitor lead activity, CRM usage, and customer communication

· Work closely with finance, service, and other dealership departments

· Support training, onboarding, and development of sales staff

· Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready showroom and lot

· Lead by example through professionalism, communication, and customer-first service

A strong candidate will have:

· Sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports preferred)

· Leadership or management experience preferred

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

· Organized, motivated, and dependable

· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

· Valid driver’s license required
