Job description

Join our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements, resolve issues efficiently, and drive customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment with some overnight travel , supporting the Sales Team and contributing to the growth of existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned client accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Operations, to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Assist with costing of new products by conducting line studies and evaluating variances and labor
  • Lead projects from concept through completion, overseeing ongoing performance and optimization
  • Provide project, customer, and account support as required for the Sales Team
  • Answer phones and support general office operations as needed
  • Travel overnight as required

  • Experience in account management or sales preferred
