A. PURPOSE
As a Sales Associate Lead, you will join a team that develops, leads, and inspires a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT amp;T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves.
Our lucrative Sales Associate Lead position not only prepares you for a potential role as manager in the future, but it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions, and store performance bonuses.
B. REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales – preferred, not required
2. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, not required
3. Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
4. Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
5. Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
C. LINES OF AUTHORITY
Sales Associate Lead is directly responsible to the Sales Manager and indirectly to the Assistant Sales Manager.
D. SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Opening and closing responsibilities – key holder.
2. Review and validate timecard every pay period.
3. Assist with daily, weekly and monthly inventory to include returns, trade-ins, etc.
4. Manager customer needs and escalations in managers absence.
5. Managing store cleanliness according to CDC guidelines (wear masks, sanitize before and after customers, wash hands regularly, social distance).
6. Mentor and assist with training sales associates.
7. Other duties as assigned.
E. MEETINGS AND TRAINING
1. Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
2. Opus and RQ training as directed.
3. Stay updated on all AT amp;T promotions and changes via AT amp;T app.
