Job Summary
The Sales Administrator supports day-to-day sales operations and office administration for our CA HQ, partnering closely with Sales, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing and seamless customer service.
Job Description
  • Perform basic bookkeeping for local and satellite offices, coordinating with Accounting as needed
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, reports, and customer-facing materials
  • Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain A/R and A/P workflows and follow up on outstanding items
  • Manage general office administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and supply coordination
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bilingual ? English and Korean (Highly Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
