Job description

Develop and roll out safety and compliance processes and programs that support the strategic vision of Lineage Logistics and work with cross functional teams to strengthen performance. Ensure team members operate in compliance, following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Hybrid role - The role covers 15 facilities, 2-3 days on site (Auga Mansa, Hunter Park).
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct annual health and safety inspections at facilities within region and work with local management to close corrective actions
  • Provide compliance training and assist facilities in incident investigations, root cause analysis, process hazard analysis, compliance audits and adequate corrective actions
  • Support facilities through management of change processes (MOC) and implement process changes to enhance safety and compliance
  • Review construction and expansion projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Interact with government agencies during inspections, including negotiating findings and settlements
  • Manage safety and compliance performance metrics and evaluate data to report trends

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • May lead and develop strategic projects that strengthen Lineage's safety and compliance culture

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or related field; or 7 years of equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' experience in environmental health and safety and/or process safety, preferably with management and multi-site experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with Federal, State and local regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a rapid, highly visible, and changing environment
  • Ability to influence and persuade others
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00
