Transportation Safety Administrator
Jon Duties Include (but not limited to)
  • Maintaining Driver Qualification files.
  • Maintaining Equipment Permits (LCV, Hazmat, etc.).
  • Coordinate driver training (MSHA, customer site-specific).
  • Maintain driver expiring events calendar (driver's licenses, DOT Physicals, etc.).
  • Assist in ordering specialized driver PPE.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly hours reports.
  • Review ELD Harsh incidents and HOS.

Preferred Experience
  • A CDL with TX Endorsements
  • The ability to Pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Experience maintaining DOT files.
  • Accident/Incident investigation experience.
  • Some College or post-high school training.

Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (ELD) and Hazmat compliance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
  • Two years of Transportation experience.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
