We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
  • Perform complete physical examinations, obtain thorough medical histories, and accurately record findings.
  • Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Interpret and integrate clinical data to determine preliminary diagnoses and develop therapeutic plans.
  • Administer medications and injections in compliance with state laws and clinic guidelines.
  • Suture minor lacerations as needed.
  • Instruct patients and their families regarding medications, treatments, and health management.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and illness prevention strategies.
  • Recommend community resources to support patient and family needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits.
