We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to lead route operations, support field teams, and ensure efficient service delivery across assigned territories. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily route planning, scheduling, and execution to support on-time service delivery.
- Monitor route performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Review route data, service trends, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development for route personnel.
- Respond to service escalations and work to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and operational best practices.
