Role Description

In this full-time, on-site role as a Senior Rooms Operations Manager you will oversee operations in the rooms area departments (e.g., Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping) and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Monitors compliance with standards and procedures. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals. This role is located in Aspen, CO.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Division operations management, ideally in a luxury or boutique hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, including coaching, performance management, and fostering positive team dynamics
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and expertise in guest service management to address service challenges promptly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to oversee various departments and processes
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems and property management software
  • Ability to uphold and implement luxury service standards, brand vision, and operational goals
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging effectively with guests and team members
  • Experience working in resort or mountain destination environments is a plus
