Full-Time | $36/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality care throughout the surgical process-from pre-op to post-op and discharge. You'll be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for each patient undergoing a procedure. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where evidence-based practices, compassion, and accountability go hand in hand.
What You'll Do
Clinical Assessment & Planning
  • Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs
  • Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly
  • Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions
Surgical Support & Care Delivery
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals
  • Support patients through surgical procedures and recovery
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses throughout care
Professional Growth & Compliance
  • Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings to stay current with best practices
  • Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) and active RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of OR and/or PACU experience required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and CPAN certification preferred
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of clinical best practices and patient assessment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Able to stand, walk, and perform fine motor tasks for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs, push up to 300 lbs, and communicate effectively with clear vision and depth perception.
