We are seeking anย Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse to join our OrangeTwist Team. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to OrangeTwist clients. They will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care and promote a positive client experience.

- 1700 116th Ave NE 1st floor, Bellevue, WA 98004
Schedule:
- Full-time: 4 - 5 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
- Part-time: 3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
- Per Diem: as Need
Compensation: Total compensation of $63-$128 hourly, based on performance
What You Will Do:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their personalized aesthetic goals and concernsย ย
- Perform Good Faith Examsย
- Educate clients on available treatment options, benefits, and potential risks, including pre and post treatment care instructionsย
- Administer injections, such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments, with precision and expertiseย
- Stay informed on advancements in medical aesthetics including injection techniques, skincare treatments, skincare productsย
- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and desired outcomesย
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, if needed, to ensure comprehensive client careย
- Prioritize client safety during all procedures, following established protocols and guidelinesย
- Monitor clients for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate post-treatment care instructionsย
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, injection details, and post-treatment notesย
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledgeย
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clientsย
- Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathyย
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsย
- Ensure compliance with safety protocolsย
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of productsย
- Generate and maintain a client baseย
- Assist with other duties as assignedย
- Must exhibit excellent customer service, communication & integrity with clients.ย
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with clientsย
- Must enjoy and developing relationships and interacting with clients
Qualifications:
- Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistantย
- - OR -ย
- Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- - AND/OR - ย
- Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitionerย
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the Stateย ย
- Additional Specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables
- Minimum 2 year's experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatmentsย
