BRMi is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA.

Seeking a dedicated resource to support documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program, training materials that drive consistency, scalability, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness.

  • Lead the collection and documentation of process details, workflows, and business requirements to support large-scale process mapping and enhancement initiatives. 
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand future processes and accurately capture process flows, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies. 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflow maps, procedures, and operational guidance. 
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and contributing ongoing process enhancements. 
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with organizational standards, governance requirements, and strategic improvement objectives.
  • Create desktop job aids and reference materials that translate process requirements into clear, user-friendly instructions for daily operations.
  • Assist Risk Subject Matter Experts in standardizing risk assessment methodologies, documentation, templates, and procedures to promote consistency, quality, and alignment across risk domains.

Deliverables Including Documentation of:

  • Third Party Risk Management Methodology
  • SOP(s) as needed
  • Risk Assessment
  • Fast Track Risk Assessment
  • Risk SMEs
  • Job Aides (for PVM and BU Stakeholders)
