Job description

We are looking for a Rigging Repair Specialist to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, testing, and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure it meets 4Wall standards and applicable safety regulations. You will verify repair documentation, maintain accurate equipment records, assist with parts management, and support equipment readiness for rental and show operations. This role may require travel to other 4Wall locations to assist with repairs, inspections, project support, and workload demands. What you bring to the table:  Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with theatrical rigging equipment or electric motors, good troubleshooting and repair skills, the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment without supervision, and the ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
