The Resort Manager at OUTRIGGER Ka'anaapli Beach Resort will assist the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations to create and maintain a customer-driven resort using a guest focused vision that inspires resort hosts to perform at their best. This role will be directly responsible to ensure that all department operations are effectively managed in a profitable and professional manner.
Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operation of the hotel to create and maintain maximum profitability, guest satisfaction levels, product quality, brand and service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards. The individual in this role will actively promote the hotel as a quality deluxe hotel within the world tourism market and to represent and promote the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.
This role is a part of the Hotel's Executive Committee and is based in Ka'anapali, Maui. Person should be hands on and able to inspire the team, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional business results.
