Job description

We are seeking a highly detailed Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be the first point of contact to our customers and will represent our company. You will explain service information, resolve issues, take reservations, build customer relationships and find potential customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide information about our services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interact
  • Prepare documents for reservations and other real estate documents
  • File documents
  • Complete other relevant tasks with leadership direction
  • Provide personalized and excellent Guest service to guest inquiries and requests
  • Serve as liaison with special attention Guests
  • Respond to and assist all Guest inquiries and concerns
  • Misc secretarial items

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills a must; ability to learn and work in different computer applications
