Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health counseling to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, our counselors assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges and working toward meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Candidates must possess an active licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience is essential, allowing the therapist to effectively engage with clients and implement therapeutic interventions.
  • Exemplary communication and relationship-building skills are crucial to establishing rapport with clients and facilitating productive therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
