Womens Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our dynamic team, working remotely to provide essential mental health support to children and adolescents. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California; candidates with associate licenses are not eligible for this position as they are not billable through Medicare.
  • Comprehensive understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to care.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience
