The Resilient Women's Health Hub is seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing for a dynamic and accommodating work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaborate on personalized treatment plans for effective care.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, considering their individual histories and personal goals.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including sharing insights and strategies to optimize client health outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process to foster a supportive recovery environment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all records reflect the client's journey and treatment progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on women and marginalized communities seeking mental health services. We are dedicated to addressing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, enhancing your clinical expertise and cultural competence.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field; however, candidates with masterโ€™s or doctoral degrees in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related disciplines are preferred.
  • Proven experience in mental health counseling with at least two years in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and an ability to apply these methodologies in therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that promote trust and rapport creation with clients, enhancing their motivation for recovery.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities that facilitate effective collaboration with fellow team members.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have specialized training in working with trauma-informed care, as well as familiarity with culturally sensitive practices in mental health. Experience with telehealth methodologies is a plus, as our remote work model relies on digital communication and therapy tools.
