  • Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, addressing both clients and their families for enhanced understanding and community awareness.
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions tailored to chemical dependency recovery, employing various therapeutic modalities to assist clients effectively.
  • Conduct adolescent therapy, family therapy, and multi-family therapy sessions as assigned, utilizing appropriate frameworks to support relational dynamics and communication.
  • Offer case management services to coordinate resources and referrals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support relevant to their recovery journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with diverse populations, including adolescents, families, and individuals seeking holistic recovery solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in creating safe spaces for clients to express their feelings, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, enhancing documentation efficiency and client data management.

  • Experience in facilitating group therapy and educational programs focused on substance use recovery.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Tuition reimbursement programs to support continued education and professional development.
  • Opportunities for referral bonuses as part of our team-building initiatives.
