Administrative Assistant Remote

Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Organize calendars and schedule meetings, appointments and webinars Produce emails and other correspondence and distribute mail, faxes, forms and memos Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports Provide general support to visitors Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment with the assistance of the IT department Maintain supplies inventory, anticipate supply needs and expedite orders

Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred Demonstrated project management skills are highly preferred

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: An Associate degree is required A minimum of 5 years of related experience Strong computer skills (Windows, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) Capable of learning new databases, running reports Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities is crucial Must have solid judgement, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of working well in a start-up company work environment with diverse stakeholders
