About the International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP):

The International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) is a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing the field of Islamic Psychology globally. We aim to foster a holistic understanding of the human psyche based on Islamic teachings, enhancing global well-being through education, certification, research, and community engagement.

Role Overview

IAIP is seeking a Finance & Revenue Manager to oversee the organization's financial health, develop revenue strategies, and manage donor relations. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure transparent financial reporting, solid budgeting, and successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Tracking & Reporting

  • Record and analyze all revenue streams (memberships, donations, course sales, sponsorships).
  • Create dashboards to track financial metrics (e.g., renewal rates, monthly revenue).
  • Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow.

Campaign & Revenue Strategy

  • Partner with Marketing & Communications on targeted campaigns (membership drives, donations, course launches).
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align membership pricing and event fees with financial objectives.
  • Apply for grants, identify donor-advised funds to partner with, and explore additional nonprofit funding opportunities.

Membership & Donor Relations

  • Develop membership benefit packages (tiered perks, exclusive content) to drive signups and renewals.
  • Implement donor engagement strategies (thank-you letters, recognition programs) to foster loyalty.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and international financial requirements (if applicable).
  • Maintain documentation for audits and board reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA or nonprofit financial management experience preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, or other payment gateways a plus.

What We Offer

  • Flexibility to shape and implement IAIP's financial strategies.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
