  • Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations, make informed treatment recommendations, and refer clients to additional services when necessary.
  • Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to enhance care coordination, ensuring that clients receive holistic support from a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay current on best practices and advances in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will encompass a broad demographic that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with clients and document interactions appropriately.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy, with at least 2-3 years focused on telehealth practice.
  • Experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver care efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize client needs effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
