Bridges Dental | Union Square, San Francisco
Bridges Dental is a boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice in the heart of Union Square, San Francisco. Known for our spa-like atmosphere and exceptional patient care, we treat every patient like family and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience.
We're looking for an upbeat, caring, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). If you're passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and want to be part of a practice where quality comes first, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and informed
  • Assist Dr. Bridges during exams and procedures
  • Record and maintain accurate dental and medical records
  • Take digital X-rays and clinical photographs
  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Support the team in keeping the office running smoothly
What We're Looking For
  • Dental Assistant certificate or Associate's Degree from an accredited program
  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred
  • Current digital X-ray certification and sterilization training required
  • Strong communication and patient service skills
  • Comfortable with technology and digital records
  • Experience with cosmetic dentistry is a plus
  • RDA preferred but not required (higher compensation available for RDAs)
  • CPR certification is helpful but not required
