A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company seeks a Global Mobility Coordinator to support day-to-day immigration and relocation operations during a period of program transition and vendor consolidation. This role will help coordinate active mobility cases, maintain accurate records and reporting, support employee communications, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.

Global Mobility Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international immigration and relocation cases by initiating services, tracking milestones, maintaining case documentation, supporting employee communications, monitoring work authorization timelines, and escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Partner with employees, managers, HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, immigration counsel, and external mobility vendors to ensure the successful execution of mobility programs and the timely resolution of case issues.
  • Maintain mobility records, dashboards, reports, tracking tools, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the employee mobility lifecycle.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service-level commitments, employee feedback, and mobility case status while supporting vendor coordination, documentation, data transfers, and continuous process improvements.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries, support mobility operations, identify process risks, and assist with reporting, compliance activities, and special projects during program transitions.

Global Mobility Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, HR operations, employee services, or a related field with experience coordinating employee mobility or immigration programs.
  • Experience supporting immigration case management, domestic and international employee relocations, external vendors, legal counsel, or HR operations is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience maintaining reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and mobility documentation.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar HR systems, along with experience supporting a global workforce, is preferred.

Shift:

  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite.
