What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for jobs generally refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance is evaluated before confirming permanent employment. Successful completion often leads to benefits, job security, and potential advancement.

Assistant Relocation Counselors typically do not receive direct relocation payments; instead, companies may offer relocation assistance or stipends to cover moving expenses. The amount varies depending on the employer, location, and level of support provided, often ranging from a few hundred to several thousand dollars.

What does a relocation assistant do?
