WHERE WE NEED YOU

Protiviti's Americas Delivery Center (ADC) is seeking an analyst to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. Embracing Protiviti's vision of "Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World," the ADC provides cost-effective, technology-enabled, and standardized services at scale to drive efficiency in our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

As part of Protiviti's ADC team, you will collaborate with project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and

support client project teams across Protiviti's business offerings, including Business Performance Improvement, Digital, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, Legal, Risk and Compliance, and Technology Consulting.

As an ADC analyst, you will participate in research, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on specific client project needs. Analysts will have the opportunity to gain business knowledge within the following competency areas:

  • Controls - Compliance and Assurance Services: Test and audit business process and IT internal controls; develop skills in GRC systems and data platforms; and understand business processes across industries.

  • Finance and Accounting - Operational Finance Support: Apply finance and accounting principles; execute transaction-based activities; validate data; reconcile accounts; and prepare outputs such as vouchers, statements, invoices, and reports.

  • Financial Crimes Compliance - Risk & Regulatory Intelligence: Review and assess demographic and financial data for suspicious activity; identify, investigate, and escalate red flags related to anti-money laundering (AML), potential fraud, and financial exploitation; and document findings and observations in detail, in accordance with client policies.

  • Technology - Data & Digital Enablement: Learn in-demand skills for configuration and application support (Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python, AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.); assist in data acquisition, migrations, visualizations, and interpretation; and assist the project team in gathering technical and business requirements for task-oriented delivery.

You will receive excellent training and meaningful mentorship. You will develop business and technical skills while building professional relationships with project teams and ADC personnel, contributing to exceptional operational delivery and results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area or a combination of high school diploma/GED with related work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

OUR HYBRID WORKPLACE

Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from the ADC in Blue Ash, OH location and/or from a remote location such as your residence. Dependent on the engagement or project parameters, you may be required to work onsite at the ADC up to 100% of the time. Generally, it is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$40,000.00 - $59,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
