This is a fully onsite position; remote and hybrid options are not available for this position.

Dordick Law Corporation is an award-winning, civil litigation personal injury law firm. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defects, and road design. We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico!

The Records Manager will be responsible for processing and organizing a variety of evidence and case-related documents, and for the proper handling, care, storage, preservation, and tracking of the same. The Records Manager will learn and use various software to organize and preserve electronic records, create and maintain physical files and systems, and complete other routine processes with the goal of making all evidence and records accessible, organized, and ready for others to work with.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise discretion, stay organized among competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with staff and external stakeholders. This position will oversee the work of filing assistants.

Key Qualifications:

  • EAP
  • Paid PTO and Sick Days
  • 10 Paid Holidays

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
