This position will share responsibility for streamlining and managing the multi-source intake process.

Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a personal injury intake specialist to facilitate our referral and intake process.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have a some experience with personal injury litigation, and be tech-savvy.
Key responsibilities:

• Collect information on potential case referrals.
• Assist with the case approval and assignment process to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Work directly with clients and referral attorneys to gather necessary sign-up documents.
• Work with lead attorneys to get approvals on cases that come as organic or direct referrals.

Requirements:

• Must have some plaintiff PI litigation experience
• Must work in-office; this is not a remote role
• Must be proactive and work independently
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of independent judgement
• Must have a pleasant phone manner and top-notch customer service skills
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not a requirement
