United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring a receptionist for a company in Cross Lanes, WV! We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and basic office experience.

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide professional, friendly assistance.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Take accurate messages and forward information to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform basic data entry and computer-related tasks.
  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve paper and electronic files.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, and other general office duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and front-office area.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay: $15.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 7:30 AMโ€“4:30 PM
  • Location: Cross Lanes, WV
