The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs is seeking a dependable and motivated Student Office Assistant to provide general clerical and administrative support. This position, General Clerical Level I, is ideal for a student who is organized, professional, comfortable learning new technology, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while working in a busy office environment.

Work Schedule:

* Assist with cross-referencing employment information and records in Banner and other applications (Excel) to verify accuracy and consistency
* Assist with copying, scanning, and filing documents
* Support the maintenance of electronic and paper records
* Assist with entering and update information in various computer systems
* Perform general clerical duties as assigned
* Answer and route telephone calls professionally
