Job description

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant sought for busy law firm in Wyomissing. Duties include answering telephone, scheduling, taking payments, bank deposits, Quickbooks entries, appointment reminders, and general office duties.


Bilingual Preferred. Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match after 90 day probationary period.


Salary based upon qualifications and experience.


Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
