What You'll Do

Every day is a little different! Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome residents, families, and visitors.ย 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.ย 
  • Assist residents with requests and questions.ย 
  • Coordinate dining reservations and guest suite bookings.ย 
  • Process mail and deliveries.ย 
  • Prepare notices, spreadsheets, and office documents.ย 
  • Enter maintenance work orders.ย 
  • Support various administrative projects.ย 
  • Help keep our front office running smoothly while providing outstanding customer service.ย
