Job description

New Reach Office Assistant/Receptionist

Staff reception area and answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and file incoming mail. Support areas of the agency through: typing, filing, ordering and organizing supplies, etc. Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence, excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets.

Good interpersonal skills. Good telephone rapport. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information. Ability to be efficient and thorough in completion of tasks.

Operational hours of the New Reach offices are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Applicants must have sufficient time available during the operational hours to work between 6-8 hours per week.
