Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (depending on availability)

We are a well-established and growing wellness center with four locations in Keizer, Portland, Hillsboro and Sherwood. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or similar customer-facing environment who enjoys working with people and providing excellent patient care. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Occasional shift coverage at our other locations may be required, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
  • Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
  • Verify insurance information 
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with screening and diagnostic assessments as needed

Qualifications
