Job description

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist needed for busy medical Practice. Full time position, Monday-Friday. Must be dependable, friendly, detailed oriented and multi task. Duties included but are not limited to the following: answering phones, scheduling appointments, addressing patients needs and requests, interacting with Providers and staff in a professional manner, scanning, etc. We are seeking an experienced candidate who is enthusiastic about long term employment while working alongside a great team! We provide training and offer benefits after eligibility period such as PTO, health insurance, IRA participation, etc. Experience preferred in medical setting but willing to train.
