Receptionist

Receptionist at Maverick-Chuck Berry Insurance Agency is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers by making appointments and gathering information. This position is for immediate employment through December 9, 2022 and could possibly work into permanent employment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide service to existing and new clients related to Open Enrollment appointments.
  • Work with existing and new clients or support a producer in an effort to understand their needs, gather necessary data.
  • Set appointments for a producer to review existing and new policies.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow up skills and the ability to handle customers and solve simple problems without direct supervision.
  • Have excellent time management skills with a personal accountability mindset as well as some computer proficiency.
