Bilingual Legal Assistant / Receptionist

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM Pay: $20.50/hour

Your Role: The Heart of Our Front-End Team

As a Legal Assistant / Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming voice and face of The Advocates. You'll handle essential administrative tasks while delivering exceptional service to every client who walks through our doors or calls our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and care.
  • Greet visitors and assist walk-in clients with inquiries.
  • Scan, sort, and manage mail, faxes, and client files.
  • Retrieve police reports and maintain organized records.
  • Keep front desk and common areas clean and inviting.
  • Learn to handle client documents and take PI lead calls.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
