Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.

  • Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class OR has a valid real estate license in the state of MI.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
