Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing an exceptional retail experience.
- Merchandise shelves, fixtures, tables, and displays to maximize product visibility and create compelling product stories with the Retail Director.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal throughout the day, including displays, fixtures, shelving, windows, and fitting areas.
- Receive, unpack, ticket, and merchandise new inventory while ensuring products are accurately priced and displayed according to brand standards.
- Monitor merchandise levels and replenish product to maintain a fully stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist guests with product selection by offering knowledgeable recommendations on apparel, accessories, equipment, and gift items.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all merchandise throughout the property to assist guests with special orders and product inquiries.
- Support inventory accuracy by participating in cycle counts, inventory audits, receiving, transfers, and annual physical inventory.
- Communicate low stock levels, merchandising opportunities, and product performance observations to leadership.
- Ensure all displays, signage, and promotional materials are current, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Maintain awareness of safety standards and contribute to a clean and safe environment for guests and associates.
- Assist with special events, tournaments, retail promotions, and merchandising initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the retail leadership team to continuously elevate the guest shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail merchandising, visual presentation, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
- Ability to lift, move, and merchandise retail product throughout the shift.
