Job description


Quality Assurance Reviewer


We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Reviewer to fill a vacant position in the Washington, DC Administrative Office.

The basic function of this position is to collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance, ensure the thorough and timely quality assurance reviews of Direct Service centers and Delegate Agency centers and regional offices. Work in close partnership with the Director of Quality Assurance on the annual self-assessment process and on any scheduled federal reviews. Typical office environment. Frequent travel (2-3 times per month for 2-3 days at a time).

Requirements for this role:

Education and Experience:


Accepted: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Health or related field with experience in ECE including monitoring/training experience.

Preferred: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Health or related field with experience in ECE including monitoring/training experience.


Head Start or Childcare experience preferred.
