Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Wellesley Hills, MA
Duration: 5 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (minimum 4 days onsite; Friday attendance is mandatory)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Provost and Assistant Provost. This temporary role involves a variety of administrative duties, coordination tasks, and regular office coverage. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Provost and Assistant Provost, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

  • Coordinate regular office coverage for both the President’s and Provost’s Offices in collaboration with the President’s staff.

  • Process requisitions and compensation forms for Academic Affairs and related departments.

  • Support the documentation and tracking of curriculum changes.

  • Assist in budget preparation and ongoing financial tracking.

  • Coordinate logistics for events and conferences, including space reservations, catering, and on-site support.

  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive documents.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
