The Assistant Property Manager must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants (both current and prospective) this position will involve applying experience and confidence to new and unusual situations and is tasked with supporting the property management portfolio team. To succeed, the Assistant Property Manager must have a working knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations and be committed to the implementation of best practice. REQUIREMENTS
  • State Certification or holds a full License
  • Technologically proficient
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Local area knowledge
  • Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office
  • Managing Referrals across Departments
  • Familiarity with the following:
    • Federal and Fair Housing
    • Residential Tenancies Act - ORS Chapter 90
    • Rent Control and Renter Relocation Requirements specif to Oregon and the City of Portland
