Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Employment Type: Full Time (in-Person)

Pay: $16-$18 hourly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Report to: Property Management Director

The Scope of Work

  • Obtainbids from vendors for Property Managers
  • Property Inspections
  • Place marketing signs; check keys
  • Customerfollowupsvia phone, email, or text
  • Assistin HOA Annual Meeting Mailing Preparation
  • Assistwith property unit turns
  • Complying withcompany standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Act
  • Daily shadowing/training with property managers
  • Participate in projects assigned by Property Management Director
  • Assistwith errands as needed outside of the office
  • Additionaltasks as assigned
