  • Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
  • Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
  • Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
  • Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed.

What You'll Need
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings.
  • Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.

Your Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
