Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • OSHA 10 preferred but will certify, if necessary, upon hire
  • Experience of 3 -5 years
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules, and other construction documents


We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Project Manager that can provide our clients with the best solution to their needs, whether it be for a complete renovation of a residential or commercial space, or a more minor project. The role of Assistant Project Manager at GenServ is to oversee construction projects from buyout through financial closeout, as well as any the client coordination related to that project post closeout. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee the project to ensure successful completion of all tasks with the oversight of a Project Manager or Executive.
