The Assistant Project Manager Construction/Project Administrator supports medium-sized construction projects by coordinating activities, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, and tracking budgets. This role ensures quality control, allocates resources effectively, monitors risks, and fosters team collaboration. The position also involves reporting and contract administration, utilizing tools like Procore, MS Project, and Excel, with occasional onsite presence and moderate client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and maintain project documentation
