Job description

Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. (Coast and Harbor) assists public, private, and institutional owners and users of real estate to manage the design and construction of their projects. We have over 30 years' experience and a $2.75 billion portfolio. Coast and Harbor is currently looking for qualified candidates for an Assistant Project Manager position. The APM participates as a professional member of the owner's project delivery team through the programming, design, construction, and occupancy phases of projects. This is a full-time position located in Boston's Seaport District. The person is required to be in the office on a full-time basis.
The APM's Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting several Project Managers with all project management activities associated with managing multiple small to medium size renovation projects
  • Assisting in developing and monitoring project budgets and schedules
  • Monitoring construction work
  • Attending weekly owner, architect, construction manager (OAC) meetings
  • Coordinating the processing of submittals
  • Assisting with change order review
  • Assisting with the closeout process
  • Performing other duties as assigned

As an additional responsibility, the APM will manage projects of their own as assigned.
