Role Overview
A project coordinator is a key member of the project management team who assists project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. They handle administrative tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure resources are available for the project team. They may also be referred to as assistant project managers, lead project coordinators, or industry-specific titles like construction project coordinator.
• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and ongoing client communication.
