About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders. They will also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with organizational standards throughout the project life cycle. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success by fostering collaboration, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects using project management methodologies and software tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of the project life cycle and project administration best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in project development within a specific industry relevant to the organization.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software beyond Microsoft Project.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and change requests to keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Skills:

The required skills such as project coordination, planning, scheduling, and documentation are essential for organizing and tracking project activities on a daily basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software enables the Project Manager to create detailed schedules and monitor progress efficiently. Project administration skills support the management of resources, budgets, and communication channels to maintain project alignment. Understanding the project life cycle allows the Project Manager to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively. Preferred skills like PMP certification and Agile methodologies enhance the ability to adapt project management approaches to diverse project needs and improve overall team collaboration.
